You’ve come to the right place!
For a while now, you’ve wondered whether talking to a therapist would be helpful. Friends and family have suggested you talk with someone. They do their best to help you feel better, but something is missing.
The last thing you need right now is advice. Feeling heard is essential. Having someone who will listen and not be judgmental or give you advice lets you open up, be yourself, and have conversations that can lead to resolution.
Your mind is a jumble of emotions; you need someone to help make sense of the chaos. Someone who can help you look at the bigger picture and sort out what is essential.
Maybe you need to make some different choices in your life. I’ll stand by you as you look at those. We’ll laugh together and maybe cry while navigating a course that leads to resolution and the life you want and need.
About Me
Listening leads to well-being.
My first career was as a nurse, where I learned to listen to symptoms and even more to look for root problems that cause the symptoms. I carried this skill into my therapy practice, where I will help you look for the root causes of your emotional discomfort.
I don’t apply band-aids to wounds; I help you dig deeper and see what’s underneath. Then, I help you look at it and decide on a game plan to make different choices.
Here’s a little more about me.
I love to read and take long walks in nature. And in the summer, you’ll find me with my current read in the sunshine on the beach!
